Meet Becca Pati

My Philosophy: I know how hard it can be to find time and energy to start the journey towards positive habits. Divine Health offers a variety of health modalities in a one stop health shop, for those willing to create positive changes in their life. I’ll help you achieve your goals by giving you the tools: education, classes, appointments, and advice for your over all health and wellness.


St.Albert, Yoga, Massage, Advanced Yoga Teacher, Divine Health, Studio, Becca Pati (Owner, RMT, E-RYT500, AWC, Tapping Practitioner and Mindfully based Cognitive Therapist): I’ve been doing what I love for a very long time. It’s actually the longest relationship I’ve had – with my students and clients! In 2002, I became a Registered Massage Therapist working with a variety of injuries and ailments. It became clear to me, that my passion was for a therapeutic style of massage which encouraged clients to recover from sports injuries, repetitive strains, arthritis, general stress, aches and pains. I opened Divine Health Studio in September of 2006. Since then I have added a variety of yoga classes to my Studio; including meditation. In 2009 I went back to school for a year (while working full time) and became a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (balancing nutrition and lifestyle). More recently, I became certified as a trauma informed yoga teacher, a mindfully based cognitive therapist and an EFT Tapping practitioner.

For the last several years, I have been helping St. Albert, Edmonton and international clients with their pain, stress, energetic shifts, trauma recovery, nutrition, diet, and lifestyle changes. When we focus on our health daily, our ‘mindbody’ becomes balanced. In my experience, massage is a physical and energetic way for the muscles to relax and recover faster from injury and workouts. As well, when we incorporate yoga into our routine we become less stressed, more flexible and stronger (as a longer muscle is a stronger muscle). Meditation and energy healing are beautiful opportunities to let go and to allow the mind be less active… which means… more clarity and deeper awareness.
