Join Becca Pati as she journey’s you through mindfulness and meditation… utilizing controlled breath, visualizations, mantra, channeling and her own written word.
This class is special… as Becca will be sharing intimate diary and blog writings with the intention, for all of those who listen, to be uplifted, inspired and energetically recharged.
Starts Tuesday April 9 at 7:30pm-8:30pm
1 hour class for all levels.
There is no movement.
Please wear comfortable layered clothing…
